Every stylist at The CurlFriend Company runs their own business. We set our own hours, build our own clientele, and bring our own point of view to the chair. But the moment a guest walks through our door, we stop being separate businesses and become one team with a single job: take care of them.
We chose to share this space on purpose. A salon built on competition makes everyone smaller. A salon built on community makes everyone better — sharper technique, warmer referrals, a room that feels good to sit in. That's the standard here, not the exception.
