• Should I come in with my hair straight or curly?

For curl cuts and wash & go sets, please come in with your hair in its natural curly state. For color consultations, either works — we just need to see what we're working with!

• Do I need a consultation before booking color?

Yes — all first-time color clients and anyone seeking a color correction are required to book a consultation first. This protects your hair and ensures we can deliver exactly what you're looking for.

• Do you work with all curl types?

Absolutely! Curly hair is our specialty, and we love them all.

• What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Life happens — just let us know!
