As the former owner of Persimmon (suite) Salon, I established this space with a clear mission: to ensure every client feels recognized and celebrated while gaining the confidence to understand and style their  natural hair. As a curl-focused stylist, I have committed years to mastering the art of cutting and styling  patterned (textured)  hair, alongside the essential science of maintaining its health.

I am certified in DevaCut and RËZO curl cutting techniques and have completed the intensive Cut It Kinky Immersion course. With nearly 20 years in the industry, my drive for learning is unwavering, which is why I also became a licensed NC Cosmetology Educator after graduating from The Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill. Sharing my expertise is just as important to me as my love of learning. From curls,coils, waves and patterns in between, I firmly believe that all hair deserves thoughtful care and a salon experience that is both empowering and comfortable. Behind the chair I enjoy cutting shapes that best complement your hair, face shape and lifestyle. I love exposing you to your hair potential.
