Your visit will begin with a warm welcome and a thorough consultation. During this time, we’ll discuss your vision in detail, including the shapes and styles you do and do not prefer, so we can align on the best approach for your hair.

In most cases, your hair will be cut dry, allowing your natural pattern(s) to guide the shaping process. This ensures a more intentional and customized result.
​
You’ll then enjoy a relaxing shampoo experience, paired with a treatment selected specifically to meet your hair’s needs at the time of your service.
Products will be applied while your hair is soaking wet, and you’ll have a mirror to observe both the products used and the amount applied. You’ll also be invited to participate in the application process, helping you become more familiar with the proper amount of slip and technique needed to recreate your results at home.

Once back in the styling chair, you’ll receive hands-on coaching, which may include guidance using your hands and/or a brush to achieve your desired definition.
​
Finally, your hair will be set using either a hooded dryer or a handheld dryer, depending on what best supports your final result.
